You build packages directly through our official website, Vibee.com. Simply navigate to the event you wish to attend, select the type and quantity of packages, then follow the prompts to complete your purchase. You will need a credit or debit card to complete your purchase.

The inclusions with your ticket vary based on the type of package you select. You can find detailed information about what's included with each package type on the specific event page on Vibee.com.

No, your flights are not included in your Vibee packages.

No, ground transportation is not included in your package.

Yes, we have an option to buy a concert experience without a hotel stay.

Vibee accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including (among others) American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

You have choices! You can choose to pay for your order in full at the time of purchase or you can choose a layaway option and split your payments over a period of time. There is a small administration fee of $50.00 if you choose to pay by layaway. 

Yes, you can split the cost of the package between the people that you are traveling with. Instructions for splitting your package payment are provided during checkout. When opting to split the payment, you’ll need to pay a deposit at checkout. Afterward, you can invite friends to your booking so they can contribute their payments.

As the main organizer of the package, you will receive notification of any missed payments by the members of your group. You will be given the opportunity to correct any missed payments or defaults before the order is canceled. 

The payment deadline will be clearly displayed at checkout when choosing the split payment option. If all deposits are not paid within the specified timeframe, each guest in your group will forfeit their deposit.

No, your package is one unit and cannot be split into parts or itemized.

Our online purchase process currently allows up to 8 guests per Vibee order. If you are looking to purchase for a group of more than 8, please reach out to Vibee Support.

You will receive email updates from Vibee in the weeks preceding your experience with more information such as ticket delivery, hotel confirmation, itinerary details and more!

We are happy to facilitate accessible accommodations for you where it is possible. Please feel free to contact us using our Vibee Support or call us at 725-543-0725 from 9am-6pm PST on business days. Please let us know your specific needs and we will do our best to support you.

If you would like to make changes to your booking, please reach out to Vibee Fan Experience and we will do our best to help. 

All sales are final. There are no refunds unless the event has been canceled or rescheduled to a later date which you cannot attend. Please review our Terms of Purchase prior to your purchase.

Once your booking is confirmed, you can complete your Vibee account setup by clicking "Manage" on your confirmation email. Simply follow the prompts and use the same email address you provided when purchasing your package.

TICKETS

Your purchased package guarantees you tickets within the allotted ticket level you chose when purchasing. We will provide exact seat sections and numbers closer to the show date, when we receive the final seat assignments from the venue. At that time, you will receive an email letting you know your seat location and directions to access your tickets.

The concert is not age restricted but all guests, including children, require a ticket. Due to Coliseum policy and for your safety, all minors under 16 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times during events. Additional guests may be under 18 but admission to certain package events may be restricted to those 18+. There are no exceptions to this rule and no refunds or partial refunds will be offered due to guests being unable to attend 18+ events. 

If you would like to add additional tickets to your existing reservation, please contact Vibee Support with the quantity of tickets desired as well as any required hotel room changes as a result. If we are able to accommodate your request, our team will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.

HOTELS

Hotel check-in age requirements vary for our Concert Experience & Hotel Packages; some hotels require guests to be at least 18 years old, while others mandate a minimum age of 21. We advise guests to review the age requirements in the description of their chosen hotel before making a booking.

Refer to the hotel listing pages for maps that display the locations of both the venue and the hotels.

You may be able to add additional nights to extend your stay but the main package nights are fixed and cannot be modified. 

The check in and check out time may vary based on the hotel that you select. Please refer to the hotel website to ensure that you have the most accurate information.

Each Vibee package includes specific base dates which cannot be changed. However, 

during the package purchasing process, you may be able to choose additional nights to add on to your package, subject to availability. If you have already booked, please reach out to Vibee Fan Experience to ask about availability and pricing of additional nights. 

Resort fees, if applicable, are paid to the hotel at check-in. 

Parking availability may vary based on the hotel that you select. Please refer to the hotel website for the most accurate information regarding onsite parking or valet services.
